Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Fit preference
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Change of colour or style
  • Deciding you no longer want the item

Size Guide Disclaimer

We provide size guides and garment measurements to assist you in selecting the most suitable size.

All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between individual garments due to fabric characteristics and production tolerances. Fit may also vary depending on personal preference, body shape, and how garments are styled or displayed across different screens.

Minor variations in sizing, fit, colour, or appearance are considered a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect.

Choosing the correct size is the customer’s responsibility. We do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect size selection or fit preference, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Australian Consumer Law)

We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is not as described
  • Arrives damaged
  • Is significantly different from what was shown on our website

Return Conditions

Where a return is approved, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in original packaging
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Sale & Promotional Items

All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Return Requests

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Please do not return items without prior approval.
Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • For approved faulty or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
  • For all other situations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, a refund will be processed and a new order can be placed.

Fair Use

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe this policy is being misused or abused.
